Scheduled College Visits…Virtually!
Carnegie Vanguard annually hosts many colleges in the fall where students get to meet in small groups with representatives from colleges all over the country. This year is no different, but it is virtual and grades 10, 11, and 12 are all invited to sign up to do a virtual visit. Many of the representatives presenting will be one of the persons reading a students application when they apply so this is a great chance to learn more about various institutions.
To sign up, students must log into their Naviance account thru the HUB, then either on the home page under “What’s New” or on the “Colleges” tab at the top, they will see a list of colleges and can register for a meeting that will take place either before school, during lunch, or after school. After signing up, students should get a link to join the visit as the date nears. The list below is updated daily as more colleges make contact and schedule a visit so students should check their Naviance account weekly.
