PTO BOARD ELECTIONS – AND THE LAST PTO MEETING FOR THIS ACADEMIC YEAR WAS THURSDAY, MAY 18, 2023 AT 7 PM VIA ZOOM.

3. VOTE on PTO Executive Board Slate of Nominees 2023-2024
4. PROGRAM: Breakout Rooms – Outgoing/Incoming Leadership & Selection of Financial Review Committee:
   • Financial Review Committee
     • The Financial Review Committee shall consist of at least three members who are appointed by the incoming President and approved at the last general meeting of the fiscal year or as soon as is practicable thereafter.
       • One member shall be an outgoing Executive Board member. MARLO RANKIN LARKIN
       • One member shall be an incoming Executive Board member. MARIA CASTRO CALZADA
       • One or more member(s) shall come from the general membership at large. ELANGOVAN KRISHNAN & KELLI FEREDAY
     • The outgoing Treasurer or any prior Treasurer shall not be eligible to serve on this committee.
     • This committee shall appoint a chair from among its members to coordinate the review of the prior year’s financial records.
     • A final report of the committee’s findings is due to the Executive Board on or before the regularly scheduled Executive Board meeting in September.
