Free Vaccinations

The Houston Fire Department is offering free vaccinations throughout the year. Please review your immunization records or contact the School Nurse, Ms. Prentice (see contact information below) if you need additional information. Please take advantage of this opportunity for free vaccines.

Parents of seniors, all state colleges require a MCV4 (meningococcal) vaccine within 5 years of beginning college. The vaccination or booster dose must have been received during the five years prior to enrollment and at least ten days before the start of classes. Texas State requires you to meet this requirement before you will be allowed to register for classes. (Senate Bill 62)
